The Signature Reset starts at $995; recurring care starts at $395 per visit. Your fixed quote reflects the size, condition, materials and agreed scope of your home. Supplies are included; any parking or special access cost is agreed in advance.

Who will clean my home?
David, the founder, personally handles the first pilot visits. As the business grows, carefully selected cleaners will learn the same room-by-room standard. You will be told who is coming before a visit.
What does a visit include?
Bathrooms; kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors; reachable dusting; mirrors; vacuuming and mopping; emptying bins; and straightening beds. We agree on the exact scope with you before the first visit.
How is my price determined?
The Signature Reset is a bespoke first service starting at $995. Ongoing visits start at $395. Size, bathrooms, condition, materials, pets, stairs and requested details affect your fixed quote. We discuss your priorities and confirm the scope, expected time and price before you book.
What about stone, wood, and delicate finishes?
Tell us about any special materials or care instructions during your introduction. We agree on suitable products before cleaning them. Restoration, polishing, and treatment of damaged surfaces are outside the pilot service.
Do I need to be home?
A first walkthrough helps us learn your home. For later visits, we agree on an access arrangement that works for you. Please do not put keys, door codes, or security information in the inquiry form.
Can I book a one-time deep clean or move-out?
The pilot focuses on homes that want ongoing care. Your first visit is a detailed Signature Reset before regular cleaning. Move-outs, construction dust, mold, biological waste, high-access work, heavy lifting, and extensive organizing are outside the pilot.
